At the 64th edition of Salone del Mobile.Milano, held from April 21 to 26, 2026, Etro Home Interiors presented Etro Ornamenta, a collection that revisits the cultural heritage of Art Deco through the brand’s own love of colour, pattern and craftsmanship.
The stand in Hall 13 was conceived as a multifaceted home: two living areas, a dining room, a home office and a bedroom. Each space had its own mood, yet all of them were connected by bold chromatic contrasts, stripes and florals, and noble materials such as stone, metal and rare woods.
In Etro’s vision, decoration is not something added at the end. It is part of the design itself, built into the structure, the upholstery and the finishing details of every piece.
The Caresse line explores capitonné quilting across sofas, armchairs and dormeuses. The technique gives the upholstery a soft, deeply tactile surface, and the rounded silhouettes invite you to sink in. Caresse brings a sense of intimacy to living rooms and bedrooms alike.
With Opus, the same quilting tradition meets more modern volumes. Bolster cushions, braided piping and tassels add a couture finish, a direct echo of Etro’s fashion heritage. The result is furniture that feels both classic and fresh, ideal for interiors that mix periods and styles.
Across the collection, the precise geometry of Art Deco is softened by fluid forms and floral motifs. Striped and floral fabrics, sculpted tables and artisanal details come together in rooms that feel collected over time rather than designed in one go. For Miami homes that welcome colour and personality, Ornamenta offers a rich and confident palette.
